How does it work?
We’ll do more than just talk. Together we’ll deep dive into what drives you, release any negative emotions and blocks using the power of neuroplasticity, harness the power of the subconscious mind to create lasting change, and create a personalized plan for long term success…all within a trauma-informed container.
Scratching the Surface
Through powerful questioning and self exploration, you’ll begin to find the limitations that are holding you back from true happiness.
Digging Deeper
Through techniques rooted in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), emotional freedom techniques (EFT), neural energetic encoding (NEE), and hypnosis, you’ll release negative beliefs and emotions for true freedom.
Looking Ahead
You’ll create a personalized plan for continued happiness, as well as what to do when life takes an unexpected turn. You’ll be well-equipped to continue on your journey of deeper peace.
What’s included?

We’ll meet 1:1 online for 12, 1 hour sessions once a week. You’ll sign up for a time that works best for you to ensure that you show up for yourself.

A comprehensive workbook is included to continue your journey in between meeting times. Journal prompts, reflection pages, and other activities deepen the experience.

We can communicate via your client portal in between sessions for any questions you have or successes you can’t wait to share! This is only available during our 12 weeks together, and responses (if indicated) may take 24-48 business hours.
FAQs
Who is this NOT for?
If you’re not ready to fully commit—your time, your effort, your energy—to doing some deep work, If you aren’t interested in creating deep, long lasting change for the better, if you’re not open to a new way of creating change, if you don’t want to explore the possibility of a life even better than what you already have…then this isn’t for you.
Are these techniques anti-religious?
It really depends on your religion (so check if you’re worried). But in general, no, they are not anti-religious. The techniques are scientifically based. And of course, if there is a technique that you’re just not cool with, that’s perfectly fine! We have plenty of other tools in the toolbelt to explore.
I don’t know…I’ve never done anything like this before…?
Coaching may seem new to you, but it’s providing support and guidance in a safe, unbiased container. The coaching relationship is here to help you navigate your journey to the answers that already lie within you.
As the old adage says, if you keep doing the same thing over and over again, you’ll keep seeing the same results. If you try something different, you open up the possibility for change. But it’s ultimately up to you.
What’s the commitment?
Once a week for one hour, you agree to showing up to our meetings on time and fully ready to engage in the session. You should be able to give your full attention in order to best serve yourself a.k.a. the kids are occupied, phone notifications are off, and there’s some relative quiet in your world. All this because…you get out what you put in, sister.
Is there an expectation outside of the sessions?
Again, you get out what you put in. The workbook provides extra opportunities to reflect and grow. Sometimes there will be a suggestion to try a new behavior in certain situations that you are concerned about. Practice makes perfect.
